Herbals are fast becoming as numerous in the tea cupboard as teas made from camellia sinensis. With such a variety of different herbs, spices, flowers and peels there is definitely an infusion for everyone, from the simple purity of the peppermint leaf to the complex flavours of a herbal blend. Where 'herbals' are generally just blends of herbs, 'fruit infusions' tend to be flavoured to bring out a stronger nose, and deeper flavour in the liquor.
