Oolong Teas

Ah, the mysterious oolong - a relative newcomer to the consciousness of the UK tea drinker, but a most welcome new acquaintance.  Oolong teas lie somewhere between green tea and black tea, being partially fermented and roasted.  They undergo a more intricate production process, and are often rolled into 'pearls' as a way of sealing in the flavour.  Oolongs are usually rebrewable two or three times with the same leaves - enjoy the changing flavour as you do so.
